Training Description: This training will help Housing Providers who receive matches through the Coordinated Entry System understand the Coordinated Entry Contact Protocols and referral Timeliness Monitoring process. This training will highlight policies for Housing Providers related to receiving, contacting, and updating Coordinated Entry housing referrals.

Recommended Audience: This training is aimed at Housing Providers in the Chicago CoC who receive matches through the Coordinated Entry System.
