All Chicago uses a software called Alchemer (formerly SurveyGizmo) as a submission tool. Processes that require partner agencies to submit forms or applications to All Chicago, such as the local evaluation process, are managed with this software. This course contains PowerPoint Slides with tips and technical assistance for using Alchemer. It covers information such as how to use different features of the software and overcome technical challenges with saving, uploading files, etc. Review the slides at your own pace and contact CoCprograms@allchicago.org for additional assistance.
