Description: Documenting a participant’s experience of homelessness is a necessary activity for programs that receive federal funding to provide housing and services. In this webinar, learn how to increase your audit preparedness by exploring practices and techniques for strengthening documentation of the HEARTH Act and Chronically Homeless Final Rule definitions of homelessness. Discussion will include strategies for reducing risk through due diligence documentation and self-certification.
