Description: Tens of thousands of families and individuals face eviction in Illinois each year. Experiencing eviction can have a lasting negative impact on someone’s health, access to housing, and employment status. Join us for a training provided by the Lawyers’ Committee for Better Housing that will cover what occurs during an eviction process, renters' rights, and options for avoiding eviction.

Intended Audience: Anyone working with participants experiencing housing instability, with a prior experience of eviction, or prior homelessness
