Description: During this webinar, staff from All Chicago's Performance Data team will share data analysis and insights from the 2026 Local Evaluation Instrument (LEI). The 2026 LEI covers project performance metrics from CoC HUD-funded housing programs during the 2025 calendar year. The LEI is administered by All Chicago and developed with input from the CoC community. The LEI includes data from HMIS as well as qualitative components. Results from the LEI are incorporated into the project ranking list, which is used to make funding decisions at the local level.
This webinar will cover insights from LEI sections including Grant Management, Persons with Lived Experience Input, Employment Income, and other Project Performance metrics. This webinar will cover insights across metrics and across project types, as well as trends over time and deep dives into key questions.
Intended Audience: Housing providers and any other CoC community members interested in learning more about LEI data
Presenters: Arie True-Funk, Program Manager, Performance Data; Emma Nordmeyer, Program Coordinator, Performance Data
