This is a recording of a training that took place on Thursday, April 6th, 2023.

Description: The Local Evaluation Instrument (LEI) is the second step in the annual local evaluation process for projects receiving HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) funding in Chicago. All HUD CoC-Funded projects that served clients for more than 6 months during calendar year 2022 are required to submit an LEI after completing the Intent to Renew (ITR). This training provides an overview of the components included in the evaluation, guidelines for completing the form, and how to participate in the appeal process.

Recommended Audience: Grant Managers and Agency Technical Administrators (ATAs) at agencies with HUD CoC-Funded Projects.
