Description: The Local Evaluation Instrument (LEI) is the second step in the annual local evaluation process for projects receiving HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) funding in Chicago. All HUD CoC-Funded Projects seeking to renew grants in the 2022 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) are required to submit an LEI after completing the Intent to Renew (ITR). This training provides an overview of the components included in the evaluation, guidelines for completing the form, and how to participate in the appeal process.
