Description: In this course, the Coordinated Entry team at All Chicago will share information to support emergency shelter staff navigate the Coordinated Entry System. The training will provide an overview of the CES; how emergency staff can help participants complete and update CES assessments; how emergency shelter staff can support participants on the CES Priority List; and how emergency shelter staff can support participants with an active housing referral. 

Recommended Audience: This training is intended for all emergency shelter staff within the Chicago CoC.
