Description: This training explores how reflective, trauma-informed supervision can strengthen staff support, reduce burnout, and foster a collaborative workplace culture. Participants will examine strategies for balancing reflective and task-based supervision, addressing organizational and interpersonal stress through a systems lens, and promoting transparency, engagement, and staff well-being. The training will also cover the importance of ongoing staff development, the ethical and relational impact of countertransference, and practical approaches to reducing turnover while acknowledging workforce realities.
