Description: This training will equip Supporting Providers (including Street Outreach, Drop-In Center, and Emergency Shelter providers) with the tools to navigate Coordinated Entry processes. This training will highlight key information related to relevant operational processes of CES including Prioritization; Assessment & Access; Referrals; Participant Engagement; and Rematches.

Intended Audience: This training is aimed at Supporting Providers (Outreach, Drop-In, Shelter) within the CoC who are connected to participants receiving referrals through CES.
