Description: Since late 2024 All Chicago has worked with the Department of Housing on the Moving On program and maintains a participant waitlist for these units. We have been presented with other opportunities to refer participants to non-CoC affordable housing, and we will utilize the Moving On waitlist for these additional Moving On opportunities. This training will review how to add participants to the Moving On waitlist and will highlight the Statewide Referral Network- an affordable housing opportunity that will utilize the Moving On waitlist to source CoC participant referrals.

Recommended Audience: Permanent Supportive Housing, Rapid Rehousing, and Transitional Housing staff who would like to connect their participants to non-CoC affordable housing opportunities.
