Description: This training will focus on the definition of Chronic Homelessness and DedicatedPLUS. The training will review the new version of the Chronic Homelessness Verification Packet and provide a breakdown of HUD's requirements for documenting Chronic Homelessness.

Intended Audience: This training is aimed at all service providers who support participants with obtaining Chronic Homelessness & DedicatedPLUS documentation.
