Training Description: This training is for Permanent Supportive Housing, Rapid Rehousing, and Transitional Housing staff on how to refer participants for Department of Housing Moving On Units. Moving On Units are affordable project-based units supported by the Chicago Department of Housing. Some Moving On Units may also be subsidized by the Chicago Low Income Housing Trust Fund. This training will cover eligibility requirements for participants, documentation requirements, the referral process, and next steps once your participant is on the Moving On waitlist. Please watch this webinar in its entirety before submitting a referral.

Recommended Audience: Permanent Supportive Housing, Rapid Rehousing, and Transition Housing staff that are helping to refer participants for Department of Housing Moving On Units for the first time and/or staff that have already referred participants for Moving On units.
