Description: A healthy organization has both stable staffing, and regular staff turnover. Employees move on and change jobs for a variety of personal and professional reasons. The best organizations recognize that turnover is natural – not something to be avoided or feared. Managing the transition process well benefits both staff who are leaving and staff who remain in the agency.


Supervisors and agency leaders are encouraged to join us on Thursday, July 31st from 1:30-3:00pm for a live interactive webinar on a new community resource to help organizations with staff transition planning. Topics covered include planning for continuity with direct service work and administrative/ leadership functions, sample timelines for offboarding, supporting departing staff and staff who are staying.
