Description: The Local Evaluation Instrument (LEI) is a required annual process for projects receiving HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) funding in Chicago. The 2025 LEI will measure the performance of all HUD CoC-Funded projects that served clients for more than 6 months during calendar year 2024. This training provides an overview of the components included in the evaluation, guidelines for completing the form, and how to participate in the appeal process.


Recommended Audience: Grant Managers and Agency Technical Administrators (ATAs) at agencies with HUD CoC-Funded Projects
