This is a recording of a webinar that took place on December 3, 2024.

Description: Programs utilizing HUD ESG or CoC funding are required to serve homeless participants as defined in the HEARTH Homeless Definition Final Rule. This training gives an overview of the 4 main categories of homelessness outlined in the Final Rule and the criteria for each. This training also reviews case scenarios for each of the 4 categories of homelessness.

Recommended Audience: This training is strongly recommended for anyone responsible for assessing or documenting homeless eligibility. Including, but not limited to, intake staff, case managers, outreach workers, and shelter staff.
