This is a recording of a training that took place on March 19th, 2024.

Description:This training is a follow-up to the Homeless Documentation for Participants Fleeing Gender-Based Violence. We recommend that you complete that training first, as it provides context for information needed to document category 4 homelessness eligibility. The training can be accessed through the course catalog.

This training will offer a detailed look at each criteria associated with category 4 homelessness and will provide practices for determining program eligibility based these criteria. Tips for creating an eligibility screening process will be provided as well as best practices for trauma-informed information gathering.

Recommended Audience: Housing providers working with participants who are fleeing or attempting to flee gender-based violence
