This is a recording of a training that took place on August 29th, 2023

Description: In this course, attendees will learn and practice how to determine whether a household meets HUD's definition of chronic homelessness, utilizing Chicago's Chronic Homeless Verification Packet. This course will emphasize the process for documenting chronic homelessness for individuals who are transferring from Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) to Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH).

Recommended Audience: Any providers responsible for documenting proof of chronic homelessness are encouraged to attend. RRH staff requesting PSH transfers are particularly encouraged to attend.
