Description: This course will cover an overview of policies and procedures including: the beneficial role policies and procedures play in our homelessness system, guidance on key elements to include when writing effective policies and how challenges arise when there are no clear procedures at your organization.

Recommended Audience: Any staff responsible for ensuring compliance with expected program policies. Supervisory staff or staff who otherwise provide input on developing program policies are encouraged to attend.
