This is a recording of a training that took place on October 26th, 2023.

Description: In this training, attendees will learn how to use coaching skills to create person-centered individual service plans (ISPs) with participants in supportive housing and other service settings, with a focus on different strategies for participants in different stages of the change process. The training will also cover frequent challenges to creating an ISP and will provide strategies for overcoming these barriers.

Recommended Audience: Case managers, any staff doing direct service work with participants, staff who create service plans or engage clients in identification of goals
