Description: This training provides an overview of supporting clients in accessing basic public benefits. Available cash, food, and medical benefits will be covered, including what those benefits provide and who is eligible. Resources and tips for assisting clients with applying for benefits will be provided. We will also discuss how public benefits may impact eligibility for other benefits and housing subsidies.
