Description: The Chicago Continuum of Care (CoC) is committed to a coordinated, comprehensive and community-wide approach to providing housing and services for people experiencing homelessness. The CoC program is designed to fund opportunities for grantees to quickly rehouse people experiencing homelessness, minimize trauma and dislocation caused by homelessness, and promote access to mainstream programs and services. This webinar is geared towards agencies interested in applying for CoC funding and will explain the program components and key concepts of CoC funding.
