Housing First 201


Description
This is a self-paced course, which means it does not follow a set schedule. Course materials are entirely accessible as soon as the course begins, and there are no start or due dates.

Steps for course completion
1. Read the course materials to aid with the course test
2. View the course presentation
3. Complete the test (you will have five attempts) and will need to receive a 100% score on this test to get a completion certificate.
4. A completion certificate will be sent to your email, or select "My certificate" from the list to download. Please consider downloading as a PDF.

Description: Housing First is a proven approach in which people experiencing homelessness are connected to permanent housing swiftly and with few to no treatment preconditions, behavioral contingencies, or other barriers. Have you already received introductory level training on Housing First? Do you have experience implementing Housing First and feel ready to take your learning about this approach to the next level? If so, Housing First 201 is for you. This session will encompass a deeper dive into strategies for planning, implementing, and sustaining the Housing First approach.

Course Requirements: Please complete Housing First 101 course before registering for this course.


Grading: Participants will be expected to read the course materials and view the presentation to support a test to complete this course.
